  • Wow ... just got double diablo'd. Fuck. Pain.

    Didn't think anyone else would have even thought about The Stone Roses so soon. Been listening to that record a lot in the last year after seeing them live (they were surprisingly brilliant). The whole record is great, but I can listen to the last 4 tracks on repeat for hours on end.

    • I own the Stone Roses album but i never really listened to the whole album.. I remember liking it though.

            It was in my "high" tier from the get-go, mainly because you're in the draft.

            Obviously it didn't have the impact in the US that it did in the UK, but amongst a certain subset of US college kids in the early '90s, it was a HUGE deal. It was played at many a party I went to.

                  Sure, but if assclownery was a disqualifier, we'd have a much smaller draft pool.
                  If DMT didn't exist we would have to invent it. There has to be a weirdest thing. Once we have the concept weird, there has to be a weirdest thing. And DMT is simply it.
