It's still a stupid issue. On one hand, I hope the Dems keep pounding it out there since a whole lot more Americans are repulsed by eating dog than a dog that rode on top of a car once. OTOH, it's not even remotely a real issue on either side, so I'm hoping it goes away for both Romney and Obama.

I have not until now seen this incident to be an issue, but if someone is actually going to defend Mitt on this, even if it's Mitt, then it becomes an issue. The coverup/justification is usually more of a disaster than the original act.Comment
