  • Sorry Mike. You deserved a better fate.

Lol...maybe it's just the bad beat mentality but it always seems like if I am the 2nd highest scoring team in a league, I am playing the highest scoring team that week...

Thanks for taking it easy on me and not playing the Titans D this week, Pete lol

At least I am in the record book...again... 2 of the three highest scoring weeks have come against me... yay team!

          3) he finished as the TE10 last year, TE12 in '09 and TE11 in '08. I don't think dropping to TE15 is a real stretch.
          4) as Gris likes to pimp, he's wildly inconsistent. He had a four game stretch during key fantasy weeks last season where he was virtually invisible, and I'm sure anyone who had him soured badly on him -- probably even cut him in most leagues.

Given all that, I don't see how Miller improves upon last season's middling numbers. In fact, most projections I've seen for him drop him another 100 yards from last year -- which would be almost 300 yards off his peak seasons.

As I said earlier in this thread, 500-600 yard TEs are dime-a-dozen in leagues where one TE is needed. I'm actually a little surprised he got drafted!

And Zach Miller lasts one game on a fantasy roster before being unceremoniously punted!

          • Just got home, wow, and I actually considered starting Moore but went safe with Gaffney.

                • Jason or anyone, I assume I am able to adjust my lineup for either Romo or Grossman before Monday's game, correct?

                  • If you weren't playing against me, I'd allow you to change your lineup right up until 5 minutes before the start of the Monday night game. Since you're playing me, your lineup locked 10 minutes ago.

Yes roster changes can be make until 5 minutes before the start of each game. Once a player is in your starting lineup and their game starts, they are locked into your lineup.

                      • McCluster or D. Nelson?

I was really torn between using my #1 waiver on Dexter McCluster or David Nelson. I ended up going with Nelson, although I would have went with McCluster if he had RB eligibility.

                        Thoughts?

I think you made the right call. I trust the Bills offense vs the Chief at this point.

I had it McCluster, Nelson. Either was worthy of using the #2 waiver slot for.

                            • does Stephen check in at all? Trade offer sitting up there 3 days with no response; he left Dez Bryant in his lineup despite being iffy for most of last week and having another option on his bench; and, he still didn't make any pickups on Wednesday.

The red flags are sprouting up......

                              • I found interesting Revo that you traded for Brandon Lloyd and then gave him back the guy you got him from.
Bob- I'm not exactly sure it would ROCK as you say it Byron.. it may be cool, by typical text book descriptions. Your opinion of this is shallow and poorly constructed, but allow me to re-craft your initial thought into something tangable.
