    Gee who is Griz keeping?
Bob- I'm not exactly sure it would ROCK as you say it Byron.. it may be cool, by typical text book descriptions. Your opinion of this is shallow and poorly constructed, but allow me to re-craft your initial thought into something tangable.

I still have a 6th rd keeper in Dez Bryant to trade if anyone is short keepers and willing to give up a pick.

I'm in for 2011. I have plenty of decent keepers to trade in exchange for picks. Please email me at [email protected] if you're interested in trying to work something out.

Message posted on the league webpage at CBS Sportsline:

Just wanted to let everyone know of a scoring change for the
upcoming season. We're going to a PPR league for the 2011
season. All other scoring will be the same, there will just
be 1pt awarded for each reception made by QBs (not likely),
RBs, TEs, and WRs. Please adjust your draft prep
                  accordingly.

Let me know if you have any questions.

                  Jason
                  14 Team 1/2PPR league (1 Keeper)

QB: Rivers (3), Stafford (5), Keenum (NA)
                  RB: Kamara (11), McKinnon (7), Bernard (7)
WR: M. Thomas (NA), Crabtree (1), Shepard (8), Wallace (NA), Cobb (NA)
                  TE: Olsen (NA)
                  K: Lutz (7)
                  DEF: JAX (7)

                  (We start 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WRs, 1 RB/WR/TE, 1 TE, 1 K and 1 DEF)

                    • Just a reminder about a draft strategy that has been employed by a couple of teams over the years in the RJ Pay for Play league.

You are not required to have a full roster at the end of the draft. That means that you do not have to draft a defense or kicker in the draft. Some teams have decided to add another QB, RB, WR or TE at the end of the draft instead of the usual DEF or kicker pick. If you choose to go with this strategy, you will have to pick up a kicker or defense before the season starts. To do this, you will either have to pick up a kicker or defense using waivers or you could wait until waivers run and then add a player via free agency. Remember, waivers run on Thursday mornings and then all unclaimed players become free agent, which are on a first come first served basis. Players dropped during waivers won't be available until the following week's waivers run.

Or feel free to take a kicker in about round 7, oh wait PD isn't playing anymore

                        • If possible, can we discuss perhaps going to 3 keepers for next season? 2 keepers is very constraining for off field activity. Just wanted to see what everyone else's take is.

I don't have any problem with this change, as long as its implemented in 2012.

                              agreed, for 2012 it's fine.
