Perhaps but she is the one crusading against Wall Street while cashing their checks. I don't hear from many of the GOP candidates how they keep telling Wall Street to 'cut it out'. Takes a special level of gravitas to pull that off.
You could also make the argument that she also gets more $ from than anyone else too but that obviously has to do with her and Bill's star power more than anything else.

    • Man HRC plays that First woman president thing to the nth degree.

She says she's never changed a vote to accommodate her donors, how the hell do we know that?

She says Sanders is smearing her, what can't the damn TRUTH be spoken?

Take the gloves off Bernie and knock her further into the grave she's dug for herself.

Yeah that was a great moment, only because it showed what a piece of work Hillary is. She can go negative all day, but if Sanders brings ANYTHING up that might be construed as unflattering, even when it's true, he's going negative. Smearing intimates it's not true, Hillary is Establishment all the way--It's not smearing it's explaining her connection to said establishment.

Frankly, the more I see of HRC makes me sure I'll vote anyone else but her should she get the nomination.

        • Not exactly relevant, but you may find this interesting, particularly the video. Here is a guy I think "got it": Howard Dean. Politically we were miles apart. I completely understood the man behind the candidate.
A bonus 2016 Slack chat this week! We’re premiering a short documentary and companion podcast today about Howard Dean’s 2004 presidential campaign called “The D…

Look what the party has now. Where are the Deans, the Moynihans, even Ted Kennedy was consistent about where he stood. You could watch a 20-year-old speech and only the current events changed. Sanders is alone and apart in that regard.

I decline the nomination on the grounds that I don't like Washington weather.

Not a paradise, but there is much less bullshit in the wind. No K street.

“Name one time I changed due to Wall Street money,” [Hillary Clinton] challenged.

Unfortunately for her, there is already a record of quite possibly the most well-respected progressive detailing exactly that scenario.

Back in 2004, Elizabeth Warren sat with Bill Moyers to discuss a bankruptcy regulation bill that was first championed, then opposed by Clinton after she spoke with lobbyists. Essentially, the credit companies wanted to restrict the ability of American citizens to claim bankruptcy, thereby allowing the credit companies to continue reaping profits from the financially destitute, many of whom would have had no recourse should the bill have passed.

Elizabeth Warren explains how as First Lady, Clinton sat with Warren and afterwards labored to have her husband, President Bill Clinton, veto the bill. President Clinton did so, and Hillary Clinton claimed credit for this action in her autobiography. Then, a few years later when Hillary Clinton had just become a senator, the bankruptcy bill returned, causing Warren to opine that the bill was “like a vampire — it will not die.” This time, however, Hillary Clinton voted in favor of what was essentially the exact same bill she had lobbied against.

Warren contrasted Clinton’s time as First Lady with her newfound role as a senator, saying “As Senator Clinton, the pressures are very different.” Warren summed up the situation succinctly at the end: “She has taken money from [the credit companies], and more to the point, she worries about them as a constituency.”

                          • For the Democrats it would be surprising if Bernie won by less than 10% or more than 20%
In the 18 polls with survey dates following the Feb. 1 Iowa caucuses (in RCP’s database), Sanders has led 12 of them by 10 to 17 percentage points, two by less than 10, and four by at least 20. Thus, we expect Sanders is most likely to win the Granite State by double digits, but not much higher than the mid-teens.

                            • 538's last forecast is predicting a Sanders win with 99% confidence. Even though Trump has a bigger polling lead, Sanders does not have any negative trends to muddy the picture.
