I also picked up Bourn, Revere, Lind, K Morales and Estrada for Dominguez, Rutledge, Crain, J Johnson and Nava. Though I think I might want to pick up Nava again, that might have been a mistake but I like everyone I got just a little better.

I am very disappointed in myself. Apparently I screwed something up and my AFA team ended up being a H2H team instead of a roto team. Since AFA is always one of my favorite leagues I'm bummed that I won't have it in the usual way, but I'm not giving up hope. My concern is that I'll fall so far behind in the early going that I won't be able to dig myself out and make the playoffs. So it will just be a different experience than I'm used to. It does seem to be H2H categories, meaning there are 10 "games" each week. So maybe if I can put AVG and W/K I can try to finish .500 for the first few weeks.

Wouldn't it be more reliable to punt ERA and WHIP? Grab starters that have two starts during the week, and you should be able to win Wins and Ks each week. I would think this would work early-on until closer-speculation starts eating up your roster spots. But by then hopefully you'll have a few decent SPs, and you can transition to a more balanced staff.
