In 1888, Billy Hamilton had 72 SB in 61 games for the minor league Worcester Grays

The 2012 version has 69 SB in 57 games, giving him 4 games to get 3 steals and the freaky match

I heard they are moving him to CF to fast-track him to the majors since Cozart is blocking his way. Nobody in baseball is faster than this guy (I guess maybe Dee Gordon or Bonifacio)...but he shouldve been a CF from the start.

He will be in CF -- it's wasting his talents to leave him in the infield

Meh...maybe. Even the fastest guy needs decent instincts to be a good CF. Julio Borbon is the most obvious example - very, very fast, but absolutely no clue defensively.

Makes sense, given their needs, to see if he can hack it out there. I hope he can - he'd be very exciting to watch in a couple years if he keeps progressing.

He's not even on the 40 man roster but they have to put him on there before the Rule 5 draft so they may as well do it for September and use him as a pinch runner
