MSNBC's Chuck Todd just said that President Obama was "very upset" to hear that there was no mention of God in the platform, and that he interceded.
So if you believe Todd, add Obama to the list of those crackpots who insist on having God in the platform.
Meanwhile, Todd said it took a 2/3 voice vote to change the platform, and - well, it was tough to say that two-thirds of those present supported the change, he said delicately, when the vote came. He suggested that the Obama people made it a done deal before the 'vote.'
