I bought a classic gaming system called a Nerdbox that uses internal emulators with a database of virtually every game for every early system (NES, SNES, Sega Genesis, all the other early systems, plus 367 Playstation 1 games as the most recent one.) The problem is narrowing down your lists of games worth playing, since there's 1000's of options, but most will have aged poorly.
Anyway, I'm pretty stoked to dig into some games from my youth over the winter. I was into some weird games, so it should be fun. NES... cannot wait to play Caveman Games! It was like an Olympics game, but with Cavemen and women. I remember the level that was like hammer throwing, except they were swinging their cavewomen around by the foot and launching them instead of a hammer. Not sure that would fly today... ah, thank you internet, there's video evidence!
Any classic games that stand the test of time for you?
