Here's a new one. My wife told me that her mom was having lunch at her granddaughter's house without masks and she found out that her granddaughter isn't vaccinated. And she's a nurse. Her reasoning, is that she's waiting for the cure, not a vaccine. What does she think a vaccine is!? What does she think stopped polio!? Arkansas. Fucking Arkansas.
I'm unconsoled I'm lonely, I am so much better than I used to be.

Why on earth would one prefer a cure to a disease over a way to prevent it? It is like preferring to have an abortion rather than take the pill or wear a condom. Anyone in healthcare should understand how much better preventative medicine is than treatment of a disease after the fact, when it is possible. That is especially true of an illness that can progress so quickly that you can develop severe and perhaps even fatal symptoms so fast that you may be too late to seek and receive a cure, even if it is available.

Everyone in my house as well as my parents and siblings are all vaccinated. It would be really frustrating to interact with unvaccinated family members.

And now our lieutenant governor (who holds significant legislative power in Texas) is blaming Black people for not getting vaccinated and spreading COVID. I love my state, but it's really hard to watch stuff like this. Shameful.

I certainly hope he blamed the immigrant horde as well or he has no future in politics

Anyone else experience minor arm pain months after the shot? I got my second shot in my left arm and it still hurts a little when I move it certain ways. It isn't like it was right after, but it is odd and a little annoying that it is still bothering me months on. I cant find much on this particular issue or what could cause it.

Sorry, I’m still working on the microwave mind control. You’ll stop noticing the shocks in a day or two.
