Raiders just failed to convert a 3rd and 48. A holding penalty, a delay of game, and two sacks. KC's defense is just overrunning the Raiders. Pryor is getting sacked or pressured on every play.
In the best of times, our days are numbered, anyway. And it would be a crime against Nature for any generation to take the world crisis so solemnly that it put off enjoying those things for which we were presumably designed in the first place, and which the gravest statesmen and the hoarsest politicians hope to make available to all men in the end: I mean the opportunity to do good work, to fall in love, to enjoy friends, to sit under trees, to read, to hit a ball and bounce the baby.

Pretty much. He was blanketed all day by talib, but he just left with an injury.

He killed me in 3 leagues this week, but given that he's carried these three teams I guess I can forgive it, not that he cares anyhow.

He needed to be helped off the field and it does not look good for him to continue in this game and maybe even worse than that. It's going to half so it's TBD at this point.
I believe the number Ted Thompson dialed first was 1-800-DonDriver. Cobb's almost certainly toast for an extended period of time (likely the season, IMO), and Jones may miss a game or two.

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports Randall Cobb (knee) will undergo an MRI on Monday, but that early indications are it "may not be a major injury."

"Early indications" and "may" are cautious qualifiers, but it's still good news. Teammate Jordy Nelson also hinted Cobb's injury may not be as severe as it looked. Of course, even something "minor" like a sprained MCL would cost Cobb somewhere in the range of 4-6 weeks. For now, hold your breath. Cobb's status will be updated no later than Monday afternoon.
