The Bears ended their 14 game losing streak last week. They were getting close to becoming historic before pulling off the upset against the Commanders.“Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe.”

Former Bear and current Charger Khalil Mack had a historic game against the Raiders in week 4 with an incredible 6 sacks in one game!“Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe.”

The Chicago Bears became the first team ever to have a +3 turnover margin and 40 minutes or more of time of possession and lose the game. This was the 49th time it had happened, and teams were 48-0 prior to the Bears losing to the Lions.
HISTORIC!

Why does number one pick turn to Home (in blue) after I hit post?
Now that Caleb Williams has officially declared the pick becomes much more valuable. I have no idea what the Bears will do. It seems pretty split around here.

Seriously though, I think it's a glitch in the site setup. The workaround is to spell out the word number instead of using the # sign.“Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe.”

Da Teddy Bears:
ESPN’s Courtney Cronin reports the Bears had an offer with stronger draft capital for QB Justin Fields but chose the Steelers to “continue his development.”
The Bears wanted a day two pick in the draft for Fields, but with potential destinations drying up through free agency signings and trades, Fields’ market shrunk. Cronin reports that five teams, in addition to the Steelers, reached out to the Bears to inquire about Fields. Most of the teams envisioned the 25-year-old as a backup. The Bears had an “additional offer with stronger draft capital from a team with an established starter”, according to Cronin, but chose the Steelers’ offer of conditional sixth-round pick with the hope of putting Fields “in a position to continue his development.” Fields will first be a backup to Russell Wilson in Pittsburgh, but could have a path to starting in the future.
