  • I clarified my best year choices now that I have access to the desktop. Not sure if I'm doing anything right in this draft, but at least I've completed QUIZYON and have both catcher slots filled. I really regret missing out on Ibanez and getting stuck with Innis. Was anyone else looking at Innis or did I panic way too early on him?

No such thing as panicking early on QUI in a 5 QUIZY draft IMO. I would say the 12th is more than decent value actually.

I have no clue how this is going to turn out. So many people seem to be consistently making great picks. The only mistake I can see that you made is Olerud ... only you and Stephen were left to pick O's. You were guaranteed one of Olerud, O'Neil, Oliva, Oliver or Oglivie in the last round if you wanted. Other than that, solid picks all the way, and some very nicely timed selections.

        • I played around with about 1000 different picks last night in the end I settle on a wuss pick of Kent hoping by the next time some choices have been eliminated by you bastards.

So are Vintage Drafts popular in Iceland ? And is Heyelander really a Facebook "Friend" of a 15 year old girl ? Truth is indeed stranger than fiction.

Sometimes it just depends what everyone else does. If you choose a QUIZY and the herd follows you it is great. If you pick a letter and no one else follows up for many rounds then you start to wonder. That's why I try to save the QUIZY's to the end, there is no uncertainty, I Know for sure I did it wrong.

                  • I have a spreadsheet question that I messaged Johnny about. Want to clarify before I pick. In the meantime, I pose this question:

Why has this guy never been drafted with a name like this? http://www.baseball-reference.com/pl...itcoca01.shtml
