I've never understood the Callaspo thing. I don't know why they acquired him last year or why he's still on the team.

I've no problem with Fuld, though.

I wish they'd brought back Willingham.

Agreed. Any offense that has to depend on Punto and Callaspo for any level of success is doomed. The only time Nick Punto has been valuable to anybody is when Ron Shandler paid $19 for him.

The media certainly finds it interesting, too. It'd be nice if things were that simple. It's a lot of different factors though.

Unless you can attribute Moss' suckiness to lack of protection in the lineup, but isn't that fairly mythical?
