The White Sox have acquired C Reese "Tug" McGuire from the Blue Jays in exchange for C Zack Collins. Both are former first round draft picks. McGuire in 2013 and Collins in 2016.

There are probably many reasons why this trade was made but I would never have guessed that the Blue Jays would trade one of their catchers for another catcher.
