Riffing off the Verlander thread, these pitchers have on the surface pitched well enough to remain in your rotation (or perhaps have a decent amount of Ks or Wins), but the combo of high IP with a massive WHIP has virtually, and stealthily, killed your pitching and any chance you have at a title:
