I've seen Sebastian Walcott, TEX SS, on some mid-season list. What do you know about him? ETA? With Acuna, Seager, and Semien, is his path to PT blocked?

If you haven't already traded for him it's probably too late.

Both Quero and Salas are rocketing up boards, I'd be surprised if they are >100 on any lists in the near future.

He's not too far off the list rt now. He's been somewhat disappointing. His numbers are solid but nothing special and word is he's struggling defensively and may not stay at catcher. If he shows improvement, he could get back on.

I think you have him too low. I never thought he would stay at catcher from the get go. Not with Alvarez blocking him. He looks like a corner. Fangraphs has him as a 50FV, MLB at 40 on their midseason list, Keith Law as an honorable mention in his top 60 and Baseball HQ has him as No. 50 on their midseason top 50.

FG updated their top prospects list today, removing ineligible players and adding new draftees. As I expected, they have less than 100 players now - only 89 w a couple more that will lose eligibility soon. I've never seen less than 100 players on their list. Another indication that prospect talent is pretty thin now.

Yes. 20 minors. First time in one. My keeper we only roster 96, so 240 deep is going to be fun, interesting, and definitely challenging. We've got everyone eligible so that includes FYPD.

No. The only time I would change a ranking based on a player going to a particular team would be if a pitcher got acquired by or traded from Colorado. E.g., Chase Dollander was (#41 on the latest posted version of my list which was pre-draft but now that he's on the Rockies he's off the top 150 completely.

BTW, Roby currently is (#395.
