I'm not clear as to what is needed here.

I need the login/password of the hosting site to upload pictures, as that's where all of them are housed (i.e. the sports team logos).

Right, but you 86ed all of them (and the icons for FB, You Tube, Skype, Twitter, etc) after the spammer attacks.

But I just noticed an error message and reverted the 'postbit' back, so the annoying logo holders that were under the avatar since the logos were removed have now been eliminated.

That's a very interesting post, and to whatever extent it's true, that's something we need to counteract if we can. None of us, no matter how long we've posted, learn anything just from posting our own opinion.

It is interesting.

As fantasy metrics and stats become more advanced I have found that I read some posts and really don't know how to respond - I am behind the "times" and it can be intimidating to simply give an unjustified opinion following a thorough analysis using terms, concepts and acronyms I don't begin to understand.

I do find that folks don't get chastised for their "thoughts". For example I posted what I thought Sir Albert may do in 2013. No proof, no metrics just my head and my gut. It was nice that I wasn't called an idiot.

One thing I have always felt lacking is a one stop "How To" section. While I have looked extensively, I have never found an article on how to convert projections into $ amounts. It is one reason I have rarely done anything but draft leagues. I have some background in statistics, so the general outline of the process is obvious. A newbie would not be so lucky. Here are a few articles that would go well:

1) I have a spreadsheet of projections, who do I convert them to rankings?
2) My league has nonstandard stats. How do I modify my rankings?
3) Bodz's formerly annual cheap Cy Young thread.
4) Platooning and how to make it work.
5) How to use mock drafts and ADP, rather than getting used by them.
6) Position scarcity, tricks and traps.
7) LIMA and other ways to stretch your pitching investments.
8) State of the art statistics, and hoow to use them.

Other than the first, I have seen articles of each of these topics, so a simple link would be enough.

Then you're not looking in the right places

There are actually several means. I favor one about which I have written extensively. It's not a simple thing, but it doesn't take a PhD either.

I'll see if I can dig up some of the stuff and set up a free link.

oh yea, the vBulletin folks shut that off with the last attack and recommended leaving it as such. I don't recall how to re-enable that.

FYI -- I have updated all of the 2K13 links to date in Moonlight J's first 2K13 post. Everything is broken down by pitchers and hitters and in alphabetical order. I have also listed the team threads, division threads, rumors and transactions.

I will keep it up to date and clean daily. Please let me know if I missed anything. As people create new 2K13 threads, I will update list moving forward.

Click on the 'Who's Online' function and it will show if it's a spider.

I don't believe they get an automatic one but I try to post a welcome message to their profile as the emails come in.
