So lemme get this straight: the MLBPA agreed to look at an International Draft by Nov 15, and if they disagreed with the concept, the QO would be re-added for the ‘23 season…….but MLB stated games will be cancelled because they agreed to that after the 6pm “deadline?” And this was the exact same thing Commish from Hell Manfred proposed…….yesterday??? WTF??????
