Question for Commissioners

I thought this was in every constitution:
13.1. The decision of the Commissioner supersedes the rules herein and is final in any disputes. He also has the power to change a rule with an unforeseen loophole after the fact for the benefit of the league. The overall good of the league as a whole will be greater then the benefit to any sum of its constituents.

We don't have that but we should put it in. We'll name it after this owner.

And in case anyone was wondering this is a 15 team mixed league, 40 man rosters, and the player in question is Alex Wood. He's been solid this year but easily replaceable.

I wish. So this mixed league is new and made up of a lot of people from an AL only and NL only leagues that has been around for longer than me. He's one of the founding members of those leagues. So kicking him out is not an option. Suggesting he not be in this league is very much an option that I will be doing from now on.
