I'm not saying stars and scrubs can't work in RJEL, but it seems like it'd be very hard. For one thing, it feels like the more teams there are, the more likely that someone else is going to have fixated on each guy you want and you'll get run up to absurd prices by different people for each star. For another, if you do that and it doesn't work, it can be pretty tough to find someone to trade a $55 Altuve to who isn't already capped out or at least worried about that.
