      and the Red Sox sign Mitch Moreland just to make a day of it. Unless they have more to come, of course.
      It certainly feels that way. But I'm distrustful of that feeling and am curious about evidence.

            B) Carlos Gonzalez to 1B
            C) Carlos Gonzalez to another team for pitching
            D) Charlie Blackmon to another team for pitching

                            2 years ago, Shaffer looked like a good power prospect. Now - he can't even stay on a 40 man roster spot and it isn't due to injury.
