Maybe a "sleeper" this year even though there's no such thing? Hit 16 HR last year which is pretty blah, but he only played 113 games.

    2015: 404pa, 262/300/439, 4.2%bb, 20.3%k, 16 HR, 37 R, 51 RBI, 3 steals. A .293 BABIP, 18.4% LD rate, 14.4% HR/FB (which actually seems a little low).

According to fangraphs he hit a lot of balls up the middle (39%) and had a solid spray chart (34% pull and 27% oppo) which is really nice.

ZIPS has him down for 258/294/431 with 19 HR in 137 games.

The lineup in front of him isn't awful (Trout, Calhoun, Pujols, maybe Escobar) but the lineup behind him could be atrocious. I think there's a little room for growth in AVG and maybe power too, but man, that walk rate combined with the guys behind him could give him a historically bad run total.

    Say 550 AB, .272-22-75-45r-4sb ?

I think your projections are reasonable and I would even expect an uptick on them. I could see 25+ HRs if he stays healthy.

I'd be happy with 20/75 out of him. I like him and may take him in at $10 in my AL only league or trade him. He had a nice final few months in 2015 and ended up with 6 HRs and 20 RBis in Sept. I also like that he hit more home runs at Angels stadium (which isn't a great HR ballpark) than on the road. He had more road at bats (201) but only hit 5 and at home (177 at bats) hit 11.
