That's what I was thinking. The latest on RotoWorld is he's on schedule with his rehab and should be back end of April/early May. But he's also requested a third opinion on his knee cause there is still pain. It's certainly odd.

Also, Odor is available. Now that he's been bumped to the top of the line-up, should I cut Travis and pick up Odor?

I think I do like Odor a little more than Travis, although bottom of TOR lineup might be better than top of Texas at the rate the Rangers are going. I am generally very hesitant to burn my waiver spot, and try to wait for guys to clear waivers. I just waited out Quintana and he cleared waivers. Having said that, I would probably use it on Machado given a chance.

This week I've picked up Quintana, Eaton, Myers, Souza, Bailey, Lots of similar players on the FA list and I'm not at all convinced I picked the right ones. But I'm already in 6th place! Not surprisingly, RBI and Runs are the problem categories. HRs aren't great, but mid-pack.

Tomas is a bench guy so id drop him. Like Martin. Not in a rush to get Utley.

For me the biggest struggle is picking WHICH of the top-100 guys are worth rostering. And which hot start guys are real.

Right now Avisal Garcia, Brandon Belt, Choo, Revere, L Martin, Melky, Span, Inciarte, Fowler are available and I've got Desmond Jennings (probably should cut), Wil Myers (I think he's OK for now), Souza (can't cut, would like to trade), and Eaton (really hoping he comes around soon).

I've got Pedro Alvarez and Bryant, but that's about it for big-time power (Myers and Lind are the next best guys) and Segura (and then Souza and Eaton, I suppose) for speed. Other than maybe Lind or Eaton nobody is an asset in AVG.

Leaning towards cutting Jennings for either Melky or Avisail.

average is tough but HRS are harder - you correct in the that assessment

another tactic is to cut anyone once the hot start slows but always keep looking for that boring veteran off to a slow start - people like Utley - he cant be that bad

and just keep trading for amusement if nothing else

I think my trading Bryant for Braun will work out eventually

It's probably the league I take most interest in, as you have to scour the waiver wire for streaks.

Managed to grab Yadier Molina on waivers. No idea why someone dropped him. Think he started .167
Also snagged Archer, Lorenzo Cain and Segura early.

Instigated a blockbuster trade then.
I gave away Archer, Segura and Cecil
Received back Iwakuma, Wong and Span.

Picked up Addison Russell
I have Hardy on DL, so could trade away Segura.
