  • I have a question about the Honda Fit...

Car names bug me sometimes. But why call a car Fit?

    is it because:
    1) It is small and thus hard to "fit" inside?
    2) It is small so it will "fit" anywhere?
    3) If you use it for weight lifting you will become "fit"?
    4) If you want, you can toss it around? (Throw a "fit")?

I thought it was named Fit because it was economical, or therefore it was "fit" for the environment.
Considering his only baseball post in the past year was bringing up a 3 year old thread to taunt Hornsby and he's never contributed a dime to our hatpass, perhaps?

He wasn't trying to be funny, but he expects you to be funny. Get with the program.

Here, fit means something else ... It'd be like calling a car the Honda Smokin' Hot.

The Yaris has a way better slogan

                  heh, that was funny.
It certainly feels that way. But I'm distrustful of that feeling and am curious about evidence.
