Yeah, the weight loss was a nice incidental gain. Not trying to brag about it, though. I just thought it would help me look a little younger and energetic if I dropped a few. It certainly made my clothes look better on me.

Back to square, but I have a few prospects. I'm going to stay on the diet for now.

What diet did you employ, out of curiosity?

Started with Medifast to get the ball rolling. Nasty, but effective.
