"Certainly. You take the blonde and I'll take the one in the turban!"

Am I missing anything here? Is there anything else I need to do to prepare myself for this interview process? Any advice would be appreciated.Considering his only baseball post in the past year was bringing up a 3 year old thread to taunt Hornsby and he's never contributed a dime to our hatpass, perhaps?

And just learned that one of the council fly fishes some of the spots I used to hit when I lived over in Plano.

so, what happened?"You know what's wrong with America? If I lovingly tongue a woman's nipple in a movie, it gets an "NC-17" rating, if I chop it off with a machete, it's an "R". That's what's wrong with America, man...."--Dennis Hopper

He went out and got a straight shave... barber slipped and there was just to much blood flow to save him.....It is wrong and ultimately self-defeating for a nation of immigrants to permit the kind of abuse of our immigration laws we have seen in recent years and we must stop it.

It took at least 15 years off my appearance, so I've kept it off since the show closed in August. I'm still 57, overweight, and mostly bald, but at least I don't look 60-65 now. I've also noticed that attractive women treat me differently; I'm viewed as a friendly uncle type instead of like some grandfather.
So my advice is to shave, and if you get the job, grow the mustache back after you start. Then move up to a goatee if no one makes a big deal of it, then the beard. Update...
Lost 27 pounds, bought a new "modern fitting" suit.
Shaved the beard.
Between the weight and the beard, several people told me I looked younger than my 57.
Had great interviews, felt confident. I had studied everything about what was going on in the City, and nailed the questions. Even the guy running the job search for them said I fit the candidate profile perfectly.
They selected a woman who was much younger and had 22 fewer years experience.

sorry to hear. the only consolation might be that if they are the kind of people who chose to go that way for seemingly superficial reasons, then if you had got the job you probably would have found yourself repeatedly in situations where your values were not aligning with theirs. It certainly feels that way. But I'm distrustful of that feeling and am curious about evidence.

Yes, you've already won the "annual RJ Weight Loss Thread" for 2013-14 before it even occurred.
You clearly have analyzed this all suberbly, and the next employer will quickly realize they are damn lucky to have you.
I wonder, if you feel it was sincere, if you can have the "oh you were perfect" guy as a reference next time around.finished 10th in this 37th yr in 11-team-only NL 5x5
