Thanks, everyone! I meant to log back in sooner, but our Lord and Commander, Mr.Collette, changed my handle to umjewman. Having been logging into stuff as umjewboy for almost 15 years now, it took me a while to figure out what was wrong. Chalk it up to sleep deprivation.

Congrats to a guy who makes me feel old, because he says he grew up reading me as a kid (and he did), and now he has a kid of his own!

He was actually 2.5 weeks early, so the timing was supposed to be planned to perfection. Right in the dead spot of early spring training, but no playoff action to speak of in any sport. And right before March Madness begins, where I could have used some vacation days to be "home with the baby." But, of course, he had other ideas. Actually, I turned off the Super Bowl when it was time to start pushing and the score was a blowout with the power off. Didn't even find out that it ended up being a ridiculous end until the next morning.
