        State if Hawaii just lowered the state payroll tax due to a low unemployment rate (4.1%) and a large surplus in the fund. The move will save businesses about $400 per employee per year. Kudos

            I don't know about that, but I do know the economic recovery happened a bit too late to save Gov. Abercrombie his job. He was torched in the democratic primary by Ige who coasted to election. Be interesting if Ige can keep it going.
