    Look at this.

Actually one of the silliest weapons ever created. The ridiculously high rate of fire means that you have to be constantly reloading the thing, which was difficult as you had to load these things sequentially in the barrel, not by clip or belt. The ROF also meant that the barrels would get ridiculously hot and warp, ruining even the tiny bit of accuracy this thing had. Another problem was the caseless projectiles, which would clog the barrels with gunk and residue. Last, there's almost no application for the ROF this thing had-- it sounds amazing to say it can fire a million bullets a minute, but of course it can't because you don't have a million bullets and can't put a million bullets in it. The thing empties itself in a fraction of a second; you're just pummeling a single target with your entire load.

    It's a gamer's dream, but a logistician's nightmare and a soldier's joke.
"There is involved in this struggle the question whether your children and my children shall enjoy the privileges we have enjoyed. I say this in order to impress upon you, if you are not already so impressed, that no small matter should divert us from our great purpose. "

You make some interesting points. Seemed like it would be a good defensive weapon. Of course they didn't mention any problems like loading, clogging, etc.

I am sure they are not done tweaking it. Might be interesting in the future.
