    sweet!
Feared a 0 off a 3-lb loss week, so did another 6 miles of hiking over two weekend days, and that seemed to enough to get the job done.
It's been a couple of years since I've been at this number, and am only 4 lbs shy of my goal with a week to go (before I continue right thru the "finish line" with many others here).

    -16 since the start

Under 170 for the first time in 5 years, so that's kind of cool. 3.5 lbs is a lot considering the stage that I'm at. After I hit 170 at mid-week I decided to start taking it a little more easy, but still made it down to 169.

Work is finally getting into full-time hours, so that should be an automatic to keep my weight down. Still going to try staying the course and not eating junk while I get back into heavy workouts from landscaping.

1/2 pound loss for the week. Down 27.5 so far. Opening day goal 265. Long term goal 220.

Big week last week, so this isn't too surprising. Still a loss albeit a little one. Gonna step up fitness a little more this week to ensure opening day goal. Donated 4 bags of clothing over the weekend from all the stuff that doesn't fit me anymore. Don't plan on being that big ever again, so i wanted to rid myself of that crap.

i have epiphanies like that all the time. for example i was watching a basketball game today and realized pom poms are like a pair of tits. there's 2 of them. they're round. they shake. women play with them. thus instead of having two, cheerleaders have four boobs.

Still feeling unbelievably tired and am getting a little concerned about it. I am watching what I eat as well as portion size. I worked out six times this week so I am happy about that. Just wish I wasn't feeling so drag ass all the time. I like my weight loss and I think I am losing it properly. I really like the fact that clothes are too loose and I will need some new ones if I stay on this course. I want to thank you all for starting this up and keeping it going. Knowing others are working with me is a tremendous help.

                    228 - 218 - 205 Finally broke the 220 barrier

loss 2 lbs for the week. Really concentrating on eating right. Lots of super food. I think taking a week off from the gym a couple of weeks ago did me some good. I still walked some & played golf (walk the course) but it gave my body a chance to heal some. Went to gym tonight with my 26 year old daughter & had an easier time in the workout then her. .

                      Revised Opening Day Goal: 245
                      World Series Goal: 190

I was expecting a loss this week, since I was laid up for a good portion of it with kidney stones (what fun THAT was). I didn't feel like eating much of anything, but on the other hand had very little activity, so I guess it was a wash. I'll have to finish strong to hit my Opening Day target, but am happy with my progress so far overall.

                        good stuff, guys.

wanted Chinese food tonight, so did a 3-mile hike first.
Lemon chicken, and just ate the chicken chunks and not the meh breading.
                        small won ton soup.
usually skip the rice, but this time had the small white rice. I'll make up for it out on the hills this week, and now my Chinese food craving is gone for a bit!
