They do the show from LA and Wisconsin

I was in Baltimore last week and got harassed by the XM producers for not coming to the studios but I only had 4 hrs to myself and I took in an O's game with an old friend from college

Come on Gris. Stronger pipes. This isnt a jazz station youre DJing.
After former Broncos quarterback Brian Griese sprained his ankle and said he was tripped on the stairs of his home by his golden retriever, Bella: “The dog stood up on his hind legs and gave him a push? You might want to get rid of that dog, or put him in the circus, one of the two.”

Tuned in about half way through (6am west coast time is my commute to work). Will there be a rebroadcast?

Well, yes...with the help of my 17 yr old nephew who knows NYC like the back of his hand.

              Holy cow...that's a crazy system.

Yeah, it's a little intimidating for someone who's never been there. But it's easy to learn over time.

                          It was awesome!

I was on Sirius radio in the NYC studios on Friday morning and then on Saturday morning, I got to tour the Jets facility and got a picture with Rex Ryan (see pics on Facebook).

And the Jets gave us a leather Jets embroidered gym bag with shirts, hats and pullovers as a gift for touring the place.

I think the Jets are becoming one of my new favorite teams....

Oh yeah...NYC was cool as well. Can't wait to come back!
