"When I use a word," Humpty Dumpty said in rather a scornful tone, "it means just what I choose it to mean - neither more nor less."
"The question is," said Alice, "whether you can make words mean so many different things."

Bob- I'm not exactly sure it would ROCK as you say it Byron.. it may be cool, by typical text book descriptions. Your opinion of this is shallow and poorly constructed, but allow me to re-craft your initial thought into something tangable.

I can't think of any movie that I'd automatically stop to re-watch over, say, a live baseball or basketball game. Maybe halfway decent porn, I suppose.

And yet if I'm surfing through channels and come across one of them on TBS, I'll still sit and watch it to the end - commercials and all - even though I could easily pull out the disc and watch it uninterrupted and unedited.
Same here, and yet I never pull them out to watch. I only hope I come upon people who have never seen them that I think would enjoy them, so then I can play them for them, and I can get back the littlest taste of what it would be like to see them for the first time.

There are hundreds of movies I would watch parts of or again. It is more of how many times before I get filled. Young Frankenstein (I believe is the funniest movie of all time) is now "on the keep moving to the next station" for a year or so.

I notice myself watching Fargo and Kill Bill vol 1 and 2 if they are on.
