        • Not sure if anyone here knows who Joe Pernice (of the Pernice Brothers) is but several of you will know the other guy and of course the song. I love the Pernice Brothers so this is pretty amazing to me.

          I'm unconsoled I'm lonely, I am so much better than I used to be.

              • Saw these guys open for Wilco last night, at an event promoted by a boring radio station. I figured folk act + event promoted by boring radio station would = boring folk music, but their set was anything but. Fun and energetic.

                            My favorite band. Seen them dozens of times and they really do a fantastic show. They just released a 25th anniversary DVD called 25 to Life or something like that. I've ordered it, but it hasn't arrived. I was AT the show at which it was filmed, at the Fillmore in SF. Can't wait to see it.
