Not a huge Springsteen fan even as a Garden State native, but always respected his concert ethic especially - and the new collection is really growing on me.
He's playing 3 1/2 hour shows all over Europe this month with no breaks, the longest of his career - and he's age 62!
The CD plays out very bitter and arguably preachy at first, but as it moves along it becomes more of a "screw it, let's find a way to make it work anyway" vibe. That presumably might chill out those who get too caught up in artist politics, I'd hope.
The Jersey-style defiance is palbable and enjoyable...finished 10th in this 37th yr in 11-team-only NL 5x5

I read that one of his shows was more than 4 hours long ... I think in Portugal ... but then the Portuguese love their rock music.

Local Pittsburgh band, The Clarks. Saw them tonight and a most excellent concert. One of the most enjoyable shows i have ever seen.
