this might be the definition of one hot wonder - you need to add it - Anyone old enough will remember how huge the song was!
They also don't meet the definition in that they were a wildly successful international artist. They had TEN Top 10 songs in the UK -- although interestingly enough, "Saturday Night," their biggest US hit, somehow did not chart there at all.
We did forget those dudes who made the "Macarena," though.
