  • Question on how to phrase or look up something?

    I recently read that when the Ford Mustang made it's debut, it sold 660,000 cars the first year.

    I was trying to find out if that is a record for one year car/model sales.

    I know the F150 is overall sales king.

    I cannot seem to phrase the question for google to answer.

    Has any one model surpassed 660,000 one year sales of the Ford Mustang?

    How about a little help?

    I couldn't find such a list either. Single year best sellers yes. But no list that compiles all of the years and and all of the models and ranks them individually. You may have to google each year and compile your own list.

            It certainly feels that way. But I'm distrustful of that feeling and am curious about evidence.
