    Most unlikely LinkedIn request you've ever gotten

    I assume we all have gotten numerous LinkedIn requests from people we don't even know.
    ever get anyone famous? and did you accept?

    I share friendships with ex-NFL QB Kent Graham (Giants/Skins), ex-NFL super-agent Leigh Steinberg, and former Mets pitching coach Rick Peterson. I don't know any of them, but what the heck - I brought them aboard.

    over the weekend, I got one that is mind-boggling. someone I did know, very much in the news - but talking about it would move this to the "Hot Button" board.

    Not LinkedIn, but I got a Facebook friend request a couple of months ago from Jesse Valenzuela, the lead guitarist for the Gin Blossoms. I think I may have commented on something he posted. I accepted, but soon defriended him. Sorry!
