    Dominique Strauss-Kahn Arrest

    This either comes out as a mistaken identity call girl situation-- he ordered one, comes out of the bathroom naked expecting the women in his room to be her, etc-- or it's a foreign intelligence operation or even a French political operation by Sarkozy's DGSE to discredit an opponent that worked beautifully. This guy is known as a letch around DC but he's not insane-- I seriously doubt he decided to rape the room keeper on a whim. Much more is coming on this story.

          Ooodles of more news - he's resigned as head of the IMF, was initially denied bail, granted bail on home release only, plead not guilty. And there's been plenty of speculation along Bob's lines. Given the talk about a non-European running the IMF...well, I have to admit it looks suspicious. But no evidence yet to support any conspiracy.
          I'm just here for the baseball.
