Harvey Weinstein is admitting for the first time that he did offer actresses' acting jobs in exchange for sex but said he's not the only one doing so.
The disgraced movie mogul who pleaded not guilty to rape and criminal sex act charges in June, told the Spectator his behavior is the norm in Hollywood.
"You were born rich and privileged and you were handsome. I was born poor, ugly, Jewish and had to fight all my life to get somewhere," Weinstein told Taki of the Spectator. "You got lotsa girls, no girl looked at me until I made it big in Hollywood."
He then admitted, "Yes, I did offer them acting jobs in exchange for sex, but so did and still does everyone. But I never, ever forced myself on a single woman."

Any reasonable sentence he gets at this point will likely amount to life in prison. Given the nature and number of his crimes, that seems fair to me. Symbolically, while an unnecessary length of time given his age, a max sentence makes sense.Originally posted by Gregg View PostComment
