is this all there is unless I give up beer?

still satisfied, at 6 foot, per Aug 19 wedding of my niece (on her Dad's birthday and her godfather's birthday - me, being his twin)

off this week, intend to up the ante on exercise

went to Mets game Sat nite, got my "Syndergaard as Thor" bobblehead and stayed for Mets to rally from down 5-0 to A's to winning in bottom of 9th on Flores HR. bobblehead going for $100 on ebay - but not mine, which Mrs Judge opened and played with the next morning. well, made that decision easier!

      • My league-mates and I threw in $100...lose at least 8% and don't have to pay. I started at a whopping 249 but am down to 236 after a month. Goal is 215.
If DMT didn't exist we would have to invent it. There has to be a weirdest thing. Once we have the concept weird, there has to be a weirdest thing. And DMT is simply it.

hey, pal, we don't come here to do math problems!

just kidding, nice work. always helps to have goal.

funny thing about going to Mets game was that I happened to have missed lunch so I really needed to get some calories in. The pizza and ice cream didn't seem appealing (!), so I had a Nathan's hot dog (I think it was 250 calories). needed more, figured I'd have a rare hamburger at one of their air-conditioned "clubs." board shows burger and fries combo for $13.50 (and listed at 1,050 calories). I saw the "small" fries elsewhere listed at 625, so 425 for the burger alone can work.

except they won't let you have "just" the burger. you'll pay up and get fat and like it!

so I got another hot dog instead.

btw, the large fries is 1,250 calories. if that literally is the only food you eat all day, you have eaten crap but calorically -ok if you eat NOTHING else. of course, you'll be so hungry from that non-filling food that - yeah, just skip the fries. I don't even have a fondness for them anymore. it's slow-acting poison, no kidding (so are hot dogs, but it's more possible to not binge on those imo).

Sorry, but that is just sooooo sad.
