dream house for sale in Detroit ... " ... proof of funds mandatory for showings. Property sold AS IS, BATVAI. Only shown on sunny days."
It can be yours for only $550K!
edit: just for a bit of context re: the neighbourhood, per wikipedia ... "In August 2011, more than two-thirds of the streetlights in Highland Park were removed by the city, due to an inability to pay a $60,000 per month electric bill. The street lights were not only turned off, but decommissioned, or removed from their posts. The city advised residents to keep porch lights on in order to deter crime."

that is some pimped out detroit house. you would think owner could have sold off the cars and pianos for 100k rather than include them in listing, but hey, maybe owner is involuntarily unavailable for piecing out the included property.

that is awesome!!!
She told the WSJ CEO Council Conference that in one incident, a casino was hacked through the thermometer in its lobby aquarium ... "The attackers used that to get a foothold in the network," she said. "They then found the high-roller database and then pulled that back across the network, out the thermostat, and up to the cloud."It certainly feels that way. But I'm distrustful of that feeling and am curious about evidence.
