    New Draft Ideas?

    Since I'm not a morbid motherf-er like some of youse guys, I didn't participate in the Dead Pool Draft and it seems like it's been a looooong time since I was in a draft herein the bar, so....

    Ideas for a new draft?

    Any interest in a New Wave Band draft? Too bad sheep's not round these parts any more.

            I think I mentioned it in these pages before, but how about a single year draft? We pick a year and come up with different categories that were newsworthy that year (i.e. Team, Player, Politician, Event, Record, Song, etc.)

                How about a Live Pool Draft. We draft 10 famous people that we expect, maybe even hope, make it through the year alive. You get points for every one that stays alive.
                Considering his only baseball post in the past year was bringing up a 3 year old thread to taunt Hornsby and he's never contributed a dime to our hatpass, perhaps?

                  We are here, together, because of our love of sports. What if we did a draft on our favorite teams/sports personalities? Maybe favorites players, past or present, and stretch out to all sports, tennis, golf, Olympics, whatever.
                  Considering his only baseball post in the past year was bringing up a 3 year old thread to taunt Hornsby and he's never contributed a dime to our hatpass, perhaps?

                            We never properly finished up the set with a 2000's-present draft. Yeah, we did a 2000's draft back in 08 or 09, but it'd be interesting to see how that would go now we are halfway through the 2010's.
