The more damning clip is the one where the cops are shown opening the doors of the capitol directly. I've only seen it on Facebook and can't find the clip on YouTube but I'll update if I come across it.

Those police share responsibility with Trump for the 5 deaths. I wonder if the treasonous police will be punished, hmm? Joe Biden will never hold them accountable, he promoted the police chief who orchestrated Trump's Bible photo-op that everybody was so pissed about. He doesn't care.

let's review: we have a MASSIVE problem with tens of millions of people who believe anything that reinforces their own point of view. we all agree on that.

and the counter to it is NOT to, you know, believe anything that reinforces your own point of view.

if the truth matters - then sources matter.

P.S. Nearman did open a door in OR on Dec. 21, and several protestors did subsequently get in. there is a review underway to determine if Nearman acted intentionally. there is no review of him doing any such thing 3000 miles away in D.C. 2 weeks later.

That's a difficult question. When you say "these terrorists", who are you referring to? I'm sure there were some in the crowd of thousands that would have carried thru with it, and many were not ready to take that step. I think if they wanted to kill Pence there were a lot more likely ways they would have carried it out. I doubt anyone there had a realistic expectation they would grab the VP and carry him out to this platform and actually hang him. ,much less a plan to do so. I guess in these times I shouldn't laugh at a poor design or flimsy construction that looks like it will fall over the second someone steps on it.

EDIT- I shouldn't even have to point this out, but the rope is like 3 feet off the platform. Unless they have it cantilevered way off the platform or have a trapdoor this is just useless. And the construction looks iffy at best. Which was my whole point before I apparently became a Trump sympathiser.

What about the Molotov Cocktails, pipe bombs, zip ties, other explosives and all those guns, knives and ammo? I agree the noose was a prop, but the sentiment is the same. The cries of Execute Pence only add to the degree of which this was going had Congress and Pence not been evacuated as quickly as they were.
