I know there's at least one Junkie who's stated Sanders is a no go.

A great many people are willing to pay more taxes if they believe it will be spent on something of value.---------------------------------------------

And that aside, he dog whistles the hell out of not only white nationalists, but misogynists, and millions of white women don't give a fuck either. I don't get any of it. If Obama had just once said of a female rival, "she opened that fresh mouth of hers" or called the fbi scum, or lamented that security didn't beat protesters or, or, or, or....the outrage on the right would be deafening. But they all sit on their hands in silence. GOP indeed.

Last year in our county, we had a question to slightly raise property taxes for 4 (I think) years to increase teacher pay (3rd lowest paying county in Florida). It passed 51-49. I think like a lot of issues in the country, raising taxes is at best a 50/50 issue.

Originally posted by nots View PostMe, I guess. Didn’t like Trump last time and didn’t vote for Hillary. Don’t like Trump anymore this time, but am not voting for Sanders. Probably vote Biden or Bloomberg as an anti-Trump but I wouldn’t imagine it’s surprising that Libertarians usually vote for the Libertarian candidate any more than it isn’t surprising that Republicans are mostly going to vote for Trump or Democrats are mostly going to vote for a guy like Menendez in NJ. (If Gary Johnson is the nominee, I will have to re-evaluate that last sentence).
