My first thought was the Joique store. GB's giving up 4th most points to rbs. and heck yea, ride the party train with Knile to Mia. But Vereen v Oak is tasty and Colston back in the dome after a stinker is tempting. Ride the Knile, then go with your gut on the next.

Is Charles definitely out this week?

Not yet, but high ankle sprains just don't get better in a week.
Vereen's just popped up on the injury list with a shoulder injury and Belisweatshirt proved last week that you never know how the hell he's going to use his back. Wouldn't be surprised to see Marion Butts get signed this week and for him to get the bulk of the carries.
