I know I had a little bit of panic wondering how it would affect his Fantasy status, but the arbitrator seems to think that: Since he was drafted as a TE, sits in on TE meetings and even lists himself as a TE on his Twitter account, that makes him a TE.

I'm sure there will be an appeal. The Saints should just pony up and at least meet him halfway. Gotta think they parted ways with Moore and Sproles to clear the money for him.

what's interesting is that if he had won his case, he would have negatively affected all other TEs who would eventually become franchise players.
