Sell high on Brady?

My hate for Brady is well known. I have a chance to trade Brady + Gronk for LeSean McCoy. That would make my team:

WR2 Keenan Allen
TE Witten
FLEX Sproles or Riley Cooper
Bench - Lamar Miller, Danny Amendola

I could pick up Terrelle Pryor or Flacco or Geno or someone if I need a backup QB.

full PPR. 10 yards/point rush/rec, 20 yards/point passing

I think that you have to make the deal. With RGIII at QB and Witten at TE, the upgrade from L. Miller to McCoy at RB is HUGE.

What's out there for WRs on the waiver wire? Just wondering if you could counter with Brady, Witten & Cooper? Probably won't work but I'd try to keep Gronk if you can.

Sadly the WW is pretty barren and I don't have much FAAB left anyway. I pulled the trigger but now I had to pick up Scott Fletcher to start in place of Witten this week. I did leave Spiller out of my roster, I need to see if I can sell him when he has some value. Here's what I have now:
