It's hard to give anyone other than Jax the "Biggest Loser of the Week" award, but with those injuries and offensive ineptitude against Tennessee, I think Pitt gets it this week.
I'm just here for the baseball.

Monster numbers from Eli in this game, at least for fantasy purposes.
You're right, it doesn't. One of the more embarrassing losses by the Giants in years.

And we can scratch Jonathan Dwyer from the wish list as he was re-signed by the Steelers after yesterday's inept performance by their backs.

When the "wish" list is Dwyer and Beanie Wells I'm afraid to ask what exactly the wish is... Just disgusting

I am very annoyed that I may get beaten by the Chiefs' defense. Grrr.

For the record, Dontari Po and Justin Houston are going to be a load for anyone. Hali is not what he was a couple years ago, but behing Poe, he can still get the job done.

Yes, Eli must be a hidden gem in fantasy football.
Whenever the Giants are down by 2 scores, especially more than 10 pts, the defense is more than happy to let them go 80 yards down the field while using up so much time that they wouldn't have a chance to catch up even if they recovered the onside kick. So there was Eli again, working the Coughlin magic with short tosses up the middle to score with 11 seconds left.

Why gamble on winning by throwing long and risking an interception and a 12-point loss, when you can take what the Cowboys gladly give you and you only lose by 5 pts? 36-31 looks better, and Eli's owners got some consolation for those INTs - everybody wins! Well, except the Giants...

Started Lamar Miller over Boldin at Flex. Lost by 4 points. Why do I play fantasy football again?

                  This from Rotoworld:

The Giants will work out a group of free agent running backs including Brandon Jacobs, Joe McKnight and Willis McGahee Tuesday.
Jacobs spent seven years with the Giants, winning two Super Bowls and recording two 1,000-yard seasons to go with 56 rushing touchdowns. But he found himself buried on the 49ers depth chart last year and has attracted zero interest around the league since being released in December. Now 31 years old, Jacobs -- or any of these re-treads -- would not be a real threat to David Wilson's starting job. Expect Beanie Wells and Tim Hightower to also be a part of Tuesday's tryout.

I went with Bowe against the weak Jax defense instead of Welker against the Ravens.

I gave Wilson the start over Cobb. Not over but I am down by 19 instead of being up 6 and will probably lose.

Wasn't he out in week 1? Good God, he's awful. Don't give up on Shorts yet, he'll do much better with Henne

This is a relatively new tradition done right before kickoff at all Saints home games in which a player leads the crowd in the pre game "Who Dat" chant. I think every Saint fan will tell you that the Gleason blocked punt in the first game back after Katrina was the greatest moment in the history of our franchise. Gleason was honored last year with a statue outside of the Superdome of him blocking that punt. I still cry when I watch the replay and I cried in the Dome when Gleason was honored yesterday. He was led onto the field by Sean Payton and good friend Scott Fujita. This was a great moment, no matter where your allegiance lies.

The NFC East is the most turnover-happy division by a wide margin.
