Yeah, I own Wilson AND Ridley, fortunately in different leagues. I suspect that I won't see either player for about a month...

And Wilson has been benched for Da'Rell Scott, whoever that is.

The Giants held off on signing another RB because they wanted to see how Wilson would perform, and obviously that was a major mistake. Expect them to sign one of Jonathan Dwyer, Beanie Wells or Leon Washington this week.

heh. In one of my leagues, I came into tonight's game tied 115-115, with my opponent out of players and me still having David Wilson.
In the best of times, our days are numbered, anyway. And it would be a crime against Nature for any generation to take the world crisis so solemnly that it put off enjoying those things for which we were presumably designed in the first place, and which the gravest statesmen and the hoarsest politicians hope to make available to all men in the end: I mean the opportunity to do good work, to fall in love, to enjoy friends, to sit under trees, to read, to hit a ball and bounce the baby.

            Are you losing?

Eli's gonna put up 400+ yards on Dallas....

Oh, and congrats on the Raiders finding their first decent QB since Kenny Stabler....

They didn't want to have to guarantee a contract to one of those schmucks which they would have were they signed as of 4pm yesterday. By waiting, they can sign them to a minimum contract with no obligation. And yes, they will.

But yeah, I was poking fun of the fact that turning the ball over twice in your first eight pass attempts is not taking good care of the ball. Glad for you that he's turned it around, though, after that rough start.
I know you were! Eli is in football terms elite, but man is he maddening at times.

And it's gotta suck that the Raiders best QB performance since the mid-1970s was by a 37-year old. Let's hope, as a Pryor owner, that he elevates himself above the Jay Schroeder/JaMarcus Russell class....

Da'Rel Scott waits 3 years for a chance, and he hands the Cowboys the game. Sigh.

                        That was Eli's fault?

What do the Ravens and Giants have in common in Week 1?

They both got beat by a Manning.
Considering his only baseball post in the past year was bringing up a 3 year old thread to taunt Hornsby and he's never contributed a dime to our hatpass, perhaps?

Yeah, so are the Steelers, Bengals, and Ravens.
